James E. Snodderley

JAMES EDWARD SNODDERLY, age 88 of New Market, TN passed away Thursday evening, March 10, 2016. He was born in Union Co., TN and raised in the Piedmont community the son of the late Gaines and Ella Snodderly. James was prominent diary and cattle farmer of Jefferson Co. and was an active member of the Farm Bureau and was always willing to help anyone who had a need. Preceded in death by his infant son, James Jr. and several brothers and one sister. Survived by his wife of 69 years, Sylvia Moore Snodderly; sister, Lois Ketner and several nieces and nephews and a host of good neighbors and friends who are appreciated for their kindness during the period of declining health. Graveside funeral services will be held Monday, March 14, 2016, 11:00am at Hillcrest Cemetery with Rev. Jimmy Norris and Rev. Sherry Seay officiating.
