James Arthur Riley

JAMES ARTHUR RILEY, age 83, of New Market, TN passed away on July 29, 2023. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, member of Piney Grove Baptist Church, and owner of Riley’s Garage. Preceded in death by mother and father, Earnest and Neva Riley, brothers, Donald Riley and Ronald Riley; sister, Brenda McCall; great aunt. Sylvia Hickman; nephews, D. Madison “Matt” Riley and Bart McCall. He is survived by sisters-in-law, Joyce Riley and Marlene Riley; brother-in-law, Wayne McCall; niece-in-law, Rajayna Riley; nephews, Spencer Riley (Beth) and Rocky Riley (Jennifer); niece, Missy Wade (John); and several great nieces and nephews. Family and friends may gather at 3:45 p.m. Wednesday, August 2, 2023 at Piney Grove Cemetery for a 4:00 p.m. military graveside service with honors by VFW #5266. In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to Piney Grove Cemetery (old cemetery fund) , c/o Pleasant Grove Piney Church, 2660 Piney Road, New Market, TN 37820.
