James Roy Phillips

JAMES R. PHILLIPS, age 75, of Jefferson City, TN passed away November 11, 2018. He was retired from Rohm and Haas after over 30 years of service. He was a member of Buffalo Grove Baptist Church, a veteran of the Army National Guard, American Legion and Masonic Lodge. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Pauline Hinkle Phillips. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Pat French Phillips; children, Lisa Phillips Pahl (John), and Bryan Phillips (Libby); grandchildren, Blake Phillips (Sydney), Bryce Pahl and Courtney Pahl; great-grandchildren, Casey Phillips and Amiyah Phillips; brother, Bobby Joe Phillips (Anne); several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at their convenience from 12 noon until 5:00 p.m. Thursday, November 15, 2018 at Farrar Funeral Home. A private graveside interment service will be held at a later date.
