James Ray Lilly

JAMES RAY LILLY went to be with the Lord February 7, 2014 at his home in Talbott at the age of 64. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army, having served in Vietnam with the rank of SGT E5. He was retired service manager from Forenta with 20 years of service. Jim was preceded in death by his father, Charlie R. Lilly and his brother, Paul D. Lilly. He leaves his wife, Peggy A. Lilly, and mother Myrtle E. Lilly, and family, Darrell G. (wife Kim) Lilly, Joe M. Hain (wife Juli), Wilson C. Hain (wife Joan), and Richard Hain (wife Laurie), and Debra Petki (husband Wayne). His beloved extended family including sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, God children and dear long time neighbors and friends near and far. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 10, 2014 at Farrar Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Hensley officiating. Graveside interment service will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Sunday evening at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
