James Arthur LeClair

JIM LeCLAIR, age 73 of Talbott, TN passed away Saturday morning, March 18, 2017 at his home. He was born, April 17, 1943 in Haverhill, MA the son of the late Joffree and Pricillia Donovan LeClair. Jim was a veteran of the U.S. Navy having served during the Vietnam Conflict and was a retired electronics engineer with the Toshiba Corp. He was a member of the V.F.W. (Life-time) , American Legion, Vietnam Veterans of America (Morristown Chapter) and the Elks Lodge. He is survived by his wife, Carol Tolstuk LeClair; children, Mark LeClair, Billy Williams and Denise Trenary; grandchildren, Jenna LeClair and Ava Williams. The Elks Ritual and graveside services with Military Honors will be held on Thursday, March 23, 2017, 11:30am at East Tennessee Veterans Cemetery, 2200 East Gov.
