James H. (Jim) Hull

JAMES H. (JIM) HULL, of Jefferson City, TN passed away Monday, February 7, 2011 at Heritage Point Senior Living Center in Cookeville, TN. He was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church, retired from the U. S. Post Office as assistant post master, retired from Hull Tax Services, served as Jefferson City councilman for several years and was a veteran of World War II, having served in the U.S. Army. Preceded by wife, Loraine Hull; parents, Lon and Josephine Hull; brothers, Frank, Jack and Fred Hull. He is survived by children, Patricia (Patrick) Galloway, Jan (Charles) Mahler and Michael J. Hull; grandson, Andrew Galloway; sisters, Jane (M.H.) Lowe, Bonnie Griffin, Sarah Hicks and Kim (Moe) Wagner; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at Farrar Funeral Home with Dr. Sonny Strange officiating. Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. prior to the service. Family and friends will gather at 10:45 a.m. Thursday morning at Jefferson Memorial Gardens for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service.
