James William Henry

JAMES WILLIAM HENRY, age 55, of Dandridge, TN passed away Tuesday afternoon, July 19, 2016. He was born and raised in Orlando, FL, where he went to work and retired from Disney World of Orlando. Following his retirement, he moved to Tennessee where he has been employed by the Bechtel Corporation for the past 26 years. James was a veteran of the U.S. Navy Reserves and enjoyed motorcycles and being outdoors. He was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Henry; and father, William “Hank” Henry. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Tiffany and Joshua Collins; grandchildren, Aiden, Eli and Oliver; mother, Kathryn Ann Henry; brother, John (Gabriella) Henry; nephew, Quentin (Stephanie) Henry; several cousins and other relatives. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial gifts be made to the Multilple Sclerosis Foundation, PO Box 4527, New York, NY 10163 in his memory. A service celebrating the life of James William Henry will be held at Farrar Funeral Home in Dandridge on Friday, July 22, 2016 at 6:00pm preceded by visitation with family and friends from 4:00 to 6:00pm.
