JAMES RONALD (RONNIE) GANN, age 65, of Morristown, TN went home to be with the Lord on October 1, 2012 after a brief illness with cancer. He was a member of Morningside Baptist Church and retired from Berkline after 41 years of service. He was a charter member of Morristown Boys Club, being the 7th member to join in 1958 when it opened. He was preceded in death by his mother, Virginia Gann and father, James Howard Gann, and father-in-law, William Case, Jr. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Carolyn Gann; daughter, Angela (Shayne) Livesay of Jefferson City; son, MSgt Timothy (Amy) Gann of Charleston, SC; grandchildren, Brandon and Shane Collins, Miranda Livesay, Skylar, Zackary, Gabriel Gann; great-grandson, Brodie Collins; step-grandchildren, Misty and Brandi Livesay; step-great-grandchildren, Hunter Thomas, Ethan Livesay, Raylynn Hamker; mother-in-law, Hazel Case of Jefferson City; sisters, Peggy (Ralph) Stapleton, Betty (Bud) Gann; special sister-in-law, Brenda Ingram and special niece, Sherrie (Mike) Harris; and many more family and friends and church family. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, October 4, 2012 at Morningside Baptist Church. Funeral service will follow at 8:00 p.m. with Pastor Ross Woody and Pastor John Pinkston presiding. Graveside interment service will be at 11:30 a.m. Friday at Hamblen Memorial Gardens.
