James Earl Gann

JAMES EARL GANN, age 83, of Jefferson City, TN passed away Sunday afternoon, June 21, 2015 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital surrounded by his family. Earl was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He served two years in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. Earl was a retired employee of Magnavox after 30 years and was a member of the Alpha Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Lou Shrader Gann; son, Anthony Gann; parents, John Dee and Lestie Reneau Gann; brothers, Junior and Eddy Gann; daughter-in-law, Linda Whaley Gann. He is survived by his wife, Alma; son, R. Gregg Gann; grandson, Chris Gann and wife Jennifer; great-granddaughters, Alexia, Trinity and Sarah; mother-in-law, Jennie Shrader; and several other family and friends. Funeral services Tuesday, June 23, 2015, 8:00pm at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel, Jefferson City with Dr. Terry Kirby officiating. Interment graveside services with Military Honors, Wednesday, 11:00am at Jefferson Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening, 6:00 to 8:00pm at FARRAR FUNERAL HOME, JEFFERSON CITY
