James Fox

James Fox, age 86, a loving family man, of the Point Pleasant Community, passed away at his home on Friday, March 16, 2012. He was a member of Point Pleasant Baptist Church. James was a retired Millwright from Daniels Construction and was a avid farmer and dearly loved the land that he farmed. He is preceded in death by his parents; Fate and Pearl Fox, wife; Sara Ruth Inman Fox, brothers; Bruce and Clay Fox, sisters; Helen Londraville and Ruth Dawson Worley. Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Catherine and Ruble Ball, grandsons; Eric Ball and Wesley (Nicki) Ball, great-granddaughter; Ansley Sarah Ball, sister-in-law; Joan Fox, brother-in-law; Claude Londraville and several nieces, nephews and other family members. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, March 18, 2012 at 6:00pm in the chapel of Farrar Funeral Home in White Pine with the Rev. Ned Ramsey officiating. Family will receive friends from 4-6:00pm prior to the service. Graveside Interment service will be held on Monday, March 19, 2012 in Point Pleasant Cemetery at 11:00am. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to: Point Pleasant Cemetery Fund, 3330 Point Pleasant Rd, Newport, TN 37821.
