James Derrick Fowler, age 40, of White Pine, passed away suddenly as a result of an automobile accident. He was a member of Freedom Fellowship Church and employed by Shrader Lawncare. Derrick was a loving father, son, brother, grandfather, fiancé and friend. He is preceded in death by his father, Terry Fowler, grandmother, Della Robertson, uncles, Terry and Dennis Robertson, Ronnie Fowler and Billy Hubbard, nephew, Joseph Williams and grandparents, Dan and Mary Fowler. Survivors include; daughters Kayla Fowler and Kassie Fowler, fiancé, Rhonda Weaver and her daughter Chelsea (Stanley) Hutchins, mother, Claudia (Jeff) Worth, mother to his daughters, Kristy Fowler, brothers; Danny (Frankie) Fowler, Davy (Mary) Fowler, Gregory (Sar) Worth, Steve (Gail) Worth, Darrel Worth, Robert Worth, Jeffery (Tracy) Worth and Randall (Penney) Worth, brother-in-law, Brandon Neikirk, grandchildren, Ellie and Stanley Hutchens, aunts and uncles, Jenice Williamson, Daryle Robertson, David (Ruth) Robertson, Barbara Hubbard and Judy Roach, granddog, Chika also several nieces, nephews and other family members. Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, November 27, 2018, 7:00pm at Farrar Funeral Home in White Pine, with Pastor Justin Graham officiating, family will receive friends from 6-7pm prior to the service.
