James "Doyle" McDaniel

JAMES “DOYLE” MCDANIEL, age 71, of Strawberry Plains, TN went to be with his Lord on Wednesday, November 2, 2016. Doyle was a lifelong member of Strawberry Plains Presbyterian Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ollie A. “Mack” and Georgia Inez Smith McDaniel; and his older brother, Robert Glenn McDaniel. Doyle is survived by his sons, Jason McDaniel (Christy), and Christian McDaniel (Carlee); beloved grandchildren, Stormie, Sarah, Phoebe, Garrett, Jalen, Lauryn and Trey; younger brother, Carlyle McDaniel (Kaye); and niece, Jennifer of Charlotte, NC. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Friday, November 4, 2016 at Farrar Funeral Home with Rev. George Waters officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. prior to the service. Family and friends will gather at 10:45 a.m. at Eastview Memorial Gardens on Saturday morning for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service.
