James D. "Dave" Loveday

JAMES D. “DAVE” LOVEDAY, age 71, of Bulls Gap, TN and formerly of Dandridge, TN passed away Tuesday evening, February 14, 2017 at his home. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Otha Loveday and Rosa Loveday Ellis, and stepfather, George Ellis; brother, Hobe; sister, Helen Russell; mother-in-law, Granny; grandson, Thomas; great-granddaughter, Baby J. He is survived by wife, Nellie Loveday; his children, David and Kelly Loveday, Teresa and Shelton Smith, Connie and Scott Pergram and Tom Cramer; brothers, Junior and Betty Loveday, Sam and Brenda Loveday; sisters, Judy Bailey, Jane Himes, Louise McCracken, Diane Lovell and Kate and John Riley; brother-in-law, Jeff Grey; sister-in-law, Louise Riley; 12 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to Avalon Hospice of Morristown, TN. Funeral services will be held Friday evening, 7:00pm at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jim Carter officiating. Interment graveside services will be on Saturday at 11:00am at Swanns Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 5:00 to 7:00pm prior to services at FARRAR FUNERAL HOME, DANDRIDGE
