He is preceded in death by grandfather, Paul Dugger and uncle, Richard Dugger. Survived by parents, Mike and Paula Conner; brothers, Shaun and Zac Conner; paternal grandparents, Jim and Kay Conner; maternal grandmother, Virgie Dugger, all of New Market, TN; aunt and uncle, Susan and Scott Russell and cousin, Cameron Russell, all of Jefferson City. Private graveside funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 24, 2007 at Pleasant Grove Cemetery with Reverend J. W. Taylor officiating.
