James Ponder "Bud" Seahorn

JAMES PONDER "BUD" SEAHORN, age 88, of Dandridge, TN (Chestnut Hill community), passed away Friday, September 11, 2009 at the Jefferson County Nursing Home following an extended illness. He was a retired long-time employee of Bush Brothers and Co. Preceded in death by his wife, Louise Sartain Seahorn and son, James S. "Jim" Seahorn. He is survived by his son, Mike Seahorn and several grandchildren. At his request, the body of Mr. Seahorn has been donated to medical science for research. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial acknowledgements may be made to the Smoky Mountain Hospice or the Chestnut Hill Volunteer Fire Department in memory of James "Bud" Seahorn.
