James R. Britt

JAMES R. BRITT, age 77, of White Pine, TN passed away Friday morning, October 10, 2014 at his home. He was a veteran of the U.S.Air Force, worked most of his life as a carpenter and still enjoyed farming. Preceded in death by his parents, William Clyde and Janie Pearl Britt; brothers, Frank and Roy Britt. He is survived by his children, Melissa (L.B.) Johnson and Melody (Jeff) Jones; grandchildren, Brittney and Brandon Johnson, Hannah, Hunter and Haris Price; brothers, W.C and Paul Britt; sisters, Lorene King and Lillie Pearl Hutsell. A “ Celebration of Life Service” will be held, Sunday, October 12, 2014, 2:00pm at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends, Sunday 12:00 to 2:00pm prior to services.
