Billy was preceded in death by his parents, James Charlie and Mary Kate Walker; brothers, Carl ?Cas? Walker, Lee Walker, J. C. Walker, George Edward Walker and Keith Walker. Survived by sister, Juanita Dotson of Morristown; brothers, Henry D. Walker and Ben ?Fred? Walker of Talbott. Funeral services will be held at 8:00 p.m. Friday, July 30, 2004 at Farrar Funeral Home with Reverend Buck Marshall and Reverend Rodney Cobble officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:15 a.m. Saturday, July 31, 2004 at the funeral home to proceed to Community Chapel Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Friday prior to the service at the funeral home.
