(DOUBLE BARREL) BROOKS, age 74, of Jefferson City, TN passed away Tuesday, August 10, 2004 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. He was a member of Buffalo Grove Baptist Church. Survived by wife, Oma Brooks of Jefferson City; sisters, Mildred Rines, Lillian Parton and Frances Smelcer; brother, Ed Brooks; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, August 12, 2004 at Farrar Funeral Home with Rev. John Pinkston officiating. Interment will follow in Buffalo Grove Church Cemetery.
