James "Doodle" Atkins

JAMES "DOODLE" ATKINS, age 47, of White Pine, TN passed away Saturday, November 11, 2006 at his home. Preceded in death by parents, george and Martha Atkins; brother, Wendell Nolan; sister, Lisa Atkins. He was an employee of Tidi Waste in Morristown. Survived by wife, Mary Atkins; daughter, Sabrina Atkins; son, Christopher Atkins, all of White Pine; brother, George Atkins, Jr. of Newport; sisters, Linda and Bill Valentine of Newport and Vickie and Larry Short of Whitesburg; sister-in-law, Mary Nolen of Bulls Gap; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 8:00 p.m. Monday, November 13, 2006 at Farrar Funeral Home in White Pine with Rev. Danny Vinson officiating. graveside interment services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday in the New Home Church Cemetery.
