Jake Benjamin "J.B." Brown

Jake "J.B." Brown, age 89, Knoxville TN, formerly from Dandridge TN, passed away August 27th, 2022 following a brief illness. J.B. was born October 6th, 1932 in Knoxville TN, the son of the late Hugh and Amanda Brown. He was a member of the French Broad Baptist Church and an accountant for Gulf Oil, retiring after many years.

J.B. enjoyed wood working, assisting his wife with her quilting and traveling in their RV to craft shows.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Bobbie; daughter and son in law, Carolyn Brown (Ron Taylor);  brothers, Emory and Floyd Brown; and sisters, Louise Sands and Ola Bell Reed.

Survived by his grandson, Raymond Taylor (Jenna) and many nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 3rd, 2022 at Fain Cemetery in Dandridge TN.
