Jack A. Phillips

JACK A. PHILLIPS, age 69, of Dandridge, TN passed away Thursday afternoon, April 25, 2013. He was a retired Cleveland Ohio police officer, Mounted Division and later retired as Director of Security for Phillips Consumer Electronics. Survivors include his wife, Janet Phillips; children, Shelly Doyle, Joann Knight; grandchildren, Ashley Barnhart, Keith Barnhart, Jackie Edmonds; great-grandchildren, Tyler Edmonds, Hunter and Macie Hembree; mother and step-father, Glenna and Frank Matthews, Jr.; half-sisters, Lisa Hampton and Shari Riley, several aunts and uncles and cousins. A memorial service celebrating the life of Jack Phillips will be held Monday, April 29, 2013, 7:00pm at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Troy Duncan officiating.
