(CATFISH) SAMS, age 75, of Dandridge, TN, died suddenly on May 30, 2008 at his home. Preceded in death by son, Steve Sams; parents, Joe Berry and Marie Clark Sams; brothers, Tom C. Sams and Robert M. Sams. He is survived by son, Mike Sams; grandchildren, Blaize and Cole Sams of Dandridge; sisters, Betty Jo Rogers of West Virginia, Christine (Bill) Lovelace and Nancy (Buford) Fox; brother, Roy (Terry) Sams, all of Dandridge. Graveside funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, June 2, 2008 at French Broad Baptist Church Cemetery with Dr. Robert McCray officiating.
