Jack D. Adkins

JACK W. ADKINS, age 47, of Dandridge, TN passed away Monday evening, August 13, 2012. He was born August 20, 1964 in Ieager, WV, the son of Autry and Shirley Adkins. Jack has worked in the restaurant business before his illness. He is survived by his parents and several other relatives. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
