MANTOOTH, age 79, of White Pine, TN passed away Tuesday, April 22, 2008 at Lakeway Regional Hospital following a brief illness. He was a member of Mt. Zion Church of God. Preceded in death by his mother and father, Dolly Click Mantooth and Lawrence Mantooth; grandson, Kennedy Mantooth; brother, Lloyd Mantooth. He is survived by his wife, Frances Mantooth; sons, Ronnie Mantooth, Eddie Mantooth, Jeffery Mantooth and wife, Robin, Richard Mantooth and wife, Joyce, David Mantooth; daughter, Betty Mantooth and Luke Cagle, all of White Pine; eleven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; sister, Inez Williams of White Pine; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 8:00 p.m. Thursday, April 24, 2008 at the Farrar White Pine Chapel with the Reverend George Askew officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. prior to the service. Family and friends will gather at 1:45 p.m. Friday, April 25, 2008 at White Pine Cemetery for a 2:00 p.m. graveside interment service.
