Imogene V. Kerr

IMOGENE V. KERR, age 82, of Jefferson City, TN took her first breath with Jesus Tuesday morning, June 8, 2010. She is reunited with her husband, Robert ?Buck? Kerr; parents, Otha Cox and Blanche Cox Newman; sisters, Virginia Bolden, Shirley McDaniel; and brother, Harold Cox. She leaves behind daughters, Diane Moody and husband, Gerald, Deborah Shannon; sons, Brent Kerr and wife, Jean, Bryan Kerr and wife, Melinda; grandchildren, Kimberly Morgan, Carla France, Bill Moody, Kristi Shrader, Bob Gibbons, Tonya Ellis, Tiffany Shell, Michael and Blake Kerr, Ti and Emily Kerr; twelve great-grandchildren, Matthew and Crystal Morgan, Lucas France, Lauren, Logan, Emma and Anna Kate Moody, Coleson and Branton Shrader, MacKenzie and Dylan Ellis, and Benjamin Shell; several nieces and nephews. Imogene was a beloved member of Mill Springs Baptist Church. She also leaves a host of friends acquired during her 28 years as receptionist at Hamblen School of Beauty. Funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Thursday, June 10, 2010 from the Farrar Jefferson City Chapel with Rev. Rusty Webster officiating. Family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. prior to the service. Interment will be 11:00 a.m. Friday at Jefferson Memorial Gardens.
