He was a farmer and retired from Southern Furniture Company of Morristown. Preceded in death by his parents, John Nelson and Minnie Lee Senter; sister, Mary Harriet Raines; brothers, James Horace, John William, Pleasant Franklin and Robert Sebern. Survivors include sisters, Rosie Lee Cameron and Angie Pauline Senter; brother and sister-in-law, Charlie and Emma Senter, all of Talbott; nieces, nephews, several other relatives and friends. Graveside funeral service and interment will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, January 25, 2004 in the Lebanon Baptist Church Cemetery of Talbott with Reverend Danny Georges officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Saturday, January 24, 2004 at the funeral home.
