Howard Eugene Roach

Howard Eugene Roach, age 65, of Talbott, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, August 25, 2002 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. He was born September 30, 1936 and was in the U.S. Navy from 1955 until 1957 and was the son of the late Richard and Minnie Roach. Preceded in death by brothers Marshall, James and Lonnie Roach. He is survived by his wife, Effie Roach and three children, Gene and wife Vicki Roach, Donna and husband Phillip Helton and Donald Roach, still at home; four grancdhildren, Andy, Brad, Alex and Kayla; brother, Fred and late wife Eula; sisters, Esta Mae and husband Bill Cox and Hazel and husband Frank Gilbert; sisters-in-law, Marie Roach, Lois Roach; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 28, 2002 at the Farrar Funeral Home chapel with Reverend Horace Green and Reverend Ronnie Bull officiating. Burial will follow in Mountain View Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Tuesday, August 27, 2002 at the funeral home.
