Hilda L. Hodge

HILDA L. HODGE, age 88, of Tazewell, TN and formerly of Jefferson City, TN, passed away Sunday, November 12, 2006 at Laurel Manor Health Care in Tazewell, TN. She was a member of Lebanon Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husbands, Alvin Hurst and Coolidge Hodge; daughter, Linda Yeary; son, James Hurst; sisters, Lula Brinkman, Hazel Howerton, Opal Mullins, Viola Hopkins, Maggie Mullins, and Elizabeth McDaniel; brothers, William Stratton, Edward Stratton, and Claude Stratton. She is survived by her grandson, Ashley Yeary of tazewell, TN; son-in-law, Virgil Yeary; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2006 at the Farrar Jefferson City Chapel with Rev. R. J. Seal officiating. Family and friends will meet at Hamblen Memory Gardens at 10:45 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2006 for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service.
