Hester Ballinger Allen

HESTER BALLINGER ALLEN, age 71, of Dandridge, TN passed away Sunday, May 31, 2009 at the Jefferson County Nursing Home. She was the daughter of the late George Neal and Elizabeth Ballinger and was a life-long resident of Dandridge. Preceded in death by husband, Pete Allen; and special friend, Herman Stewart. Survived by son, Dirl Allen; sister, Diane Neal; several nieces, nephews and cousins and a host of friends. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 3, 2009 at the Farrar Dandridge Chapel. Interment graveside service will be Thursday, 10:00 a.m. at Dandridge Cemetery.
