Helen Loveday Russell

HELEN LOVEDAY RUSSELL, age 77, of Dandridge, TN passed away on Wednesday, August 20, 2008. She was of the Baptist faith and attended Swanns Chapel Baptist Church. She was a retired employee of Tennessee Handbags. A beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, she will be greatly missed by all who knew her and may all the hard work she has done speak for her unselfish love and care for others. Preceded in death by husband, Willard Russell; father, Otha Loveday; daughter, Patty Russell Lovell; son, Jessie Russell; grandson, Justin Russell. She is survived by mother, Rosie Loveday Ellis; children, Sue (Leon) Wise, Ann (Conley) Kear, Jackie (Joyce) Russell and Bobby (Becky) Russell; brothers and sisters, Kate Riley, Jody Bailey, Louise McCracken, Diane Lovell, Jane Hines, Sam Loveday, Junior Loveday, Dave Loveday and Hobert Loveday; ten grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed. Funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Friday, August 22, 2008 at Swanns Chapel Baptist Church with Reverend William Bradley and Reverend Robert Holt officiating. Interment graveside services will be Saturday, 2:00 p.m. at Swanns Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. Friday prior to the service at the church.
