Helen Dockery Miller

HELEN DOCKERY MILLER, age 66 of Dandridge, TN passed away Monday evening at the Jefferson County Nursing Home following an extended illness. She was a member of the Hills Union United Methodist Church and attended the Grants Chapel Methodist church. helen was a popular beautician in the Dandridge area for many years before having to retire. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert G. Miller; father, dewey dockery and sister in law, Mary Phyllis Dockery. She is survived by son and daughter in law, Sandy and Kathy Miller; mother Partie Dockery; brother, Harold Dockery, all of Dandridge; niece, Kim Bennett and family; sister in law, Evelyn Gibbons and husband David; nephew, Richey Miller and family; nieces, Sherry Bledsoe and family and Tina Miller and family; special friend and caregiver, Darlene Boling. Funeral services will be 8 p.m. Thursday, March 25, 2004 at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Robert McCray officiating. Interment graveside services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Hills Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Alzheimer's Assoc., 2200 Sutherland Ave., Suite H 102, Knoxville, TN 37919.
