Helen E. Barbre

Helen E. Barbre, age 81, of Jefferson City, TN, passed away on Thursday, Feb. 20, 2003 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Winfred (Wimpy) Barbre. She is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Hodges of Knoxville and son, Tommy Barbre of Talbott; grandchildren, LeConda Hodges Myers, Charles Hodges, Patricia Winters and Tammy Barbre; great grandchildren, Logan Myers, Sydney Myers, Hannah Hodges, Sarah Hodges and Lydia Hodges; sisters, Wilma May, Katherine Hurst and special friend, Kay Cox. Funeral services will be held at 8 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 22, 2003 from Farrar Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charles Hodges and Dr. Sonny Strange officiating. Family and friends will meet at 1 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 23, 2003 at Mill Springs Cemetery for graveside interment services.
