Hazel L. Underwood

HAZEL L. UNDERWOOD, of Dandridge, TN, passed away Saturday evening, December 6, 2003 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. She was a faithful member of the Danridge First United Methodist Church and was an active member of the United Methodist Women. Preceded in death by husband, W. H. Underwood, Jr. Survived by children, William H. "Bill" Underwood III and wife, Char, Jean Mendez and husband, George; seven grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, December 11, 2003 at he Dandridge First United Methodist Church with Rev. Dan Moore officiating. Interment graveside services to follow at 4 p.m. at Greenwood Cemetery in Knoxville. The family will receive friends from 1 until 2 p.m. prior to services at the church.
