Harvey Moore

HARVEY MOORE, age 70, of Talbott, TN went to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 25, 2008 at St. Mary?s Medical Center. He was saved at a young age at the Old Talbott School House. He was a charter member, deacon and a trustee of Sartain Springs Missionary Baptist Church. He was a farmer and also retired from Berkline with 30 years service. Preceded in death by his father and mother, Lee and Ellen Moore; brothers, Leon Moore and Roy Moore. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Barbara (Doodle) Moore; children, Rick Moore, Dennis (Paula) Moore, Lisa (Mike) Ramsey; grandchildren, Samuel Moore, Sara Moore, Tamara Ramsey; brothers, Bobby (Judy)Moore, Terry (Pat) Moore; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 29, 2008 at Sartain Springs Baptist Church with Reverend Mike Potter, Reverend Jack Free and Reverend Ronald Winstead officiating. Interment to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. at Farrar Funeral Home in Jefferson City.
