Guy Carlisle Bales

GUY CARLISLE BALES, age 79, of New Market, TN went home to be with God and his family on February 9, 2009. He was a member of New Market United Methodist Church and a retired miner with Asarco, Inc. Preceded in death by parents, Floyd and Reba Bales; brothers, Carroll and Jim Bales; brothers-in-law, David Fowley and J. C. Bennett. Survived by devoted wife, Beulah Dodson Bales; sons, John Bales and wife, Betty, Jeffrey Bales and wife, Glenda, Glen Bales and wife, Nanita, Randy Bales and wife, Traci; sister-in-law, Lena Mae Bales; sisters, Wanda Bennett, Katherine Fowley; brother, T. J. Bales and wife, Wanda; grandchildren, Heather Hixson, Hope Boles and husband, Mike, Morgan, Destiny, Tyler, Lucas and Tucker Bales, Billy Brown, Rebecca Renteria and husband, Poncho; great-grandchildren, Cody Brown, Austin and Isabella Renteria, and Faith Boles. Funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 11, 2009 from the Farrar Jefferson City Chapel with Reverend Diane Cornett and Reverend Michael Carter officiating. Family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. prior to the service. Family and friends will gather at 10:45 a.m. Thursday morning at Jefferson Memorial Gardens for an 11:00 a.m. graveside service.
