Grace Southerland

GRACE SOUTHERLAND, age 95 of Jefferson City, TN passed away at her home on August 5, 2005 after a lingering illness. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Southerland, Sr.; sons, Clifford and Elmer Southerland and son-in-law, Vernon Parrish. Survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Zola Parrish of Jefferson City; Geraldind and Jackie Marsh of Rutledge, Bessis and Vic Martin of Corbin, KY; sons and daughters-in-law, wilvord Southerland of Jefferson City, Alvin and Katherine Southerland of New Market, Frank Jr. and Margaret Southerland of Rutledge; sisters, Bess Coffey of Winchester, KY; 18 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 8 p.m. Saturday, August 6, 2005 at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Roger Short and Rev. Hollis Dunsmore officiating. Family and friends will gather at 1:45 p.m. Sunday, August 7, 2005 at Mitchell Springs Cemetery for a 2 p.m. graveside interment service.
