She was a faithful member of New Market Methodist Church. Preceded in death by her husband, Paul Horner; parents, G. P. and Allie Eslinger; sister, Artie Cline of New Market; brothers, Bruce and Alger Eslinger of New Market. She is survived by her daughter, Vivian Horner of Sevierville; son and daughter-in-law, Dale and Linda Horner of New Market; two granddaughters, Robin and Becky Horner of New Market; several nieces and nephews; and the nurses and staff of Jefferson County Nursing Home who were her special friends. Funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, April 6, 2008 from the Farrar Jefferson City Chapel with Reverend Dennis Loy and Reverend Dianne Cornett officiating. Interment will follow the service at Jefferson Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:30 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
