Glynn H. Bailey

GLYNN H. BAILEY, age 82, of Kodak, TN went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at LeConte Medical Center in Sevierville. He was born December 25, 1931. He was a veteran of the U. S. Air Force, having served in the Korean Conflict, a member of French Broad Valley Baptist Church, and was retired from John H. Daniel Clothing Company with 51 years of service. Preceded in death by son, Jeffrey L. Bailey of Knoxville; and parents, Shade and Daisy Bailey of Kodak. Survived by daughter, Kathy Lynn Bailey Schlacht and husband George of Alpharetta, GA; special friend, Dorothy Miller. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 25, 2014 at French Broad Valley Baptist Church with Rev. Ev Robertson officiating. Interment will follow the service at Underwood Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Veryl C. Atchley, Steve Arms, Charles Headrick, Phillip Headrick, Chuck Catlett and David Johnstone.
