GLENN ROOSEVELT IVY, age 85, of White Pine, TN passed away Wednesday, November 4, 2015. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ada Ivy; father, Roose Ivy; son, Stanley Ivy; and daughter, Janet Ivy. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Vergie Ivy; sons, Johnny Ivy (Joyce), Billy Ivy (Rose); daughter, Rebecca Shultz; grandchildren, Johnny Ivy, Jr. (DeDee), David Ivy (Harlow), Nicole Lifford (Josh), James Ivy (Lana), Christina Bacon (Matt), Jessica Ivy (Billy); thirteen great-grandchildren; sisters, Nellive Webster and Elizabeth Morgan (Don); brother, Wayne Ivy (Rowella). Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Friday, November 6, 2015 at Farrar Funeral Home. Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. prior to the service.
