Gladys Lane Chrisman

Gladys Lane Chrisman, age 82 of Dandridge (Swannsylvania Community) passed away Saturday, December 14, 2002 at Baptist Hospital in Knoxville. She was of the Baptist faith and was a beloved mother and grandmother. Preceded in death by her father, Azer Lane and mother, Victoria Moore Lane; husband, Wayne Chrisman; son, Roy Chrisman. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, June and Jimmy Etherton and Pam and Joe Sneed, both of Dandridge; son, James Chrisman Sr. of North Carolina; grandosns, James Chrisman Jr. of Bulls Gap, William Chrisman Jr. of Jefferson City and Logan West of Dandridge; several great grandchildren; brothers, Azer Lane Jr. of Dandridge, J. W. Lane of White Pine and Norman Lane of Dandridge; sister, Ruby Grant of Dandridge. Funeral services will be held at 8:00 p.m. Monday, December 16, 2002 at the Farrar Funeral Home Chapel in Dandridge with Rev. Mike Hensley and Brother Frankie Edmond officiating. Interment graveside services Tuesday 10:00 a.m. at Swannsylvania Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday from 6 until 8 prior to the service.
