Gerry Davis

GERRY DAVIS, age 85, of Strawberry Plains, TN passed away Tuesday, September 12, 2017. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Jefferson City, and was a retired school teacher and librarian. She was a loving wife, mother and mamaw. Preceded in death by husband, F. M. Davis. She is survived by children, Becky (Bill) Baxter and Joe (Scarlet) Davis; grandchildren, Leslie (Austin) Rettig, Amy (Christian) Johnson, Callie Baxter, Jonathan (Chrissy) Davis, Anna (Eric) Laudon, Caleb Davis, Ethan Davis, Esther Davis, Taylor Kirk and Jake Kirk; great-grandchildren, Layla Grace Baxter, Jenson Baxter, Hazel Johnson, Aden Johnson, Chase Michael Davis, Mia Harper Kunkoski, and arriving soon, Liam Rettig; sister, Billie Sue Lane; several nieces and nephews. Graveside funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 16, 2017 at Eastview Memorial Gardens with Dr. Gene Wilder officiating.
