George Steven Rines

GEORGE STEVEN RINES, age 68, of Talbott, TN passed away Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at home. He was retired from Wallace Hardware after 48 years of service, and a member of Lebanon Baptist Church. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Preceded in death by parents, George and Esther Rines. He is survived by his wife, Deborah Rines; children, Greg Rines (Christina), Crystal Wells (Scott); grandchildren, Taylor Rines, Tyler Rines (Emily Hubbard), Brody Rines, Kelsey Rines and Dylan Wells; sister, Pam Bogle (Henry), brother, Tony Rines, (Krista); several nephews, cousins and a host of other family and friends. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 12, 2020 at Lebanon Baptist Church with Rev. R. J. Seal and Rev. Charlie Brewer officiating. The body will lie in state from 12 noon until 2:00 p.m. at the church prior to the service. Interment will follow the service in the church cemetery. In consideration of the health and safety of all those attending the services, Farrar Funeral Home strongly encourages all CDC guidelines be followed, including the use of face masks.
