George Walter Faulkner,

GEORGE WALTER FAULKNER, SR., age 86, of Dandridge, TN and formerly of Warren, MI, passed away Wednesday, June 18, 2008 at Morristown Hamblen Healthcare System. He is the son of the late Clyde and Clare Faulkner and is also preceded in death by his brother, Archie Faulkner. He is a retired employee of Desaco Manufacturing of Warren, MI, a veteran of the U. S. Army and World War II, and was a member of the Swanns Chapel Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Jamesena (Judy) Faulkner; sons, Wayne (Janice) McKinney of Dandridge and George Faulkner, Jr. of Sevierville; daughter, Juanita Hughes of Virginia; brothers, Wade Faulkner, C. L. Faulkner, both of Virginia, and Earl C. Faulkner of North Carolina; sisters, Mary Trump, Martha Shewey and Nancy Parks, all of Virginia; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 20, 2008 at 8:00 p.m. in the Farrar Dandridge Chaple with Reverend John Price and Reverend Randy Haun officiating. Interment graveside service with military honors will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 21, 2008 in Hillcrest Cemetery.
