George Lawson Deering

George Lawson Deering, age 85, of White Pine, TN passed away on Wednesday, May 22, 2013. He is preceded in death by his sisters, Fern Bible and Marjorie White. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Dorothy Deering; his children, Debbie (Ed) Stansberry of New Market, Kenny Deering of Talbott, Scott (Lori) Deering of Newport, his grandchildren, Christina Deering, Jennifer (Andrew) Wice, Jason Deering, Kevin Deering and Alex Deering; great-grandchild, Zoe Wice; brothers and sister, Ben Deering, John Deering, Gene Deeing and Betty Alexander. Friends may call at their convenience between the hours of 9-5:00pm on Friday, May 24, 2013 at Farrar Funeral Home in White Pine. A Graveside Interment Service will be held on Saturday, May 25, 2013 in White Pine Cemetery at 2:00pm with the Rev. Jeff Davis officiating.
