He was an employee of A&B Transmission of Morristown. Preceded in death by: sister, Kathy Watts; brother, David Watts. He is survived by wife, Jamie Sue Watts; step-sons, Aaron and Jake; step-daughter, Aimee; father and mother, Bud and Ruby Pearl Watts of Morristown; brother and sister-in-law, Cecil Jr. and Kayla Watts of Talbott; sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Rev. Jeff Broyles of Dandridge; sister, Joyce Carroll of Morristown; special nieces and nephew, Michaela Gentry, Jesse and Beth Anne Carroll; several other nieces and nephews; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; many friends; and mother-in-law, Bonnie Williams of Morristown. Funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Thursday, February 1, 2007 at the Farrar Jefferson City Chapel with Rev. Vernon Heatherly and Rev. Jeff Broyles officiating. Family and friends will gather at 12:45 p.m. Friday, Feb. 2, 2007 at Mountain View Cemetery for a 1:00 p.m. graveside interment service. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. prior to the funeral service.
