Gary Lynn Davis

GARY LYNN DAVIS, age 69, of Jefferson City, TN passed away at home surrounded by his family on Thursday, February 9, 2023. Gary was of the Baptist faith. He loved spending time with his family and watching his grandkids play sports. He is preceded in death by his parents, Wilbert and Carolyn Davis; brother, Joe Davis; in-laws, Charles Arthur and Sarah Jo Bales; sister-in-law, Jill Hale. He leaves behind his loving wife of 39 years, Mary Ann; son, Josh Davis (Beth); grandsons, Cadien, Mason and Maxon Davis; and granddaughter, Lexi Foster; brothers, Earl Davis (Pat), Jim Davis (Tonya); brother-in-law, Larry Hale; sister-in-law, Cathy Hawley; several nieces and  nephews. . The family would like to send a special thanks to nurse Amy and the rest of UT Hospice for all their care and support. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Farrar Funeral Home to help with the expenses. Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 6:00 p.m. Monday, February 13, 2023 at Tree of Life Baptist Church, 415 Central Church Road, Morristown, TN 37814. Memorial service will follow at 6:00 p.m. with Rev. Terry Henry officiating.
