Frieda Ailey

FRIEDA AILEY, age 89, of Jefferson City, TN went to be with the Lord on Friday, April 29, 2011. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Jefferson City. Freida worked at First national Bank for many years and retired from Amsouth Bank. She loved her flowers, working in her yard, and was always the loving caregiver of her entire family. Preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Molly Ailey; brothers, William, Arville, J. V. and Charles; sisters, Belle, Janie and Ida. Survived by special nephew and caregiver, Robert (Bob) Ailey and wife, Polly; nephew, Denver Ailey; nieces, Barbara, Mary Frances, Eloise and Wilma; several great and great-great nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, May 1, 2011 at Farrar Funeral Home with Dr. Gene Wilder and Dr. Earl McCosh officiating. Graveside interment service will follow immediately at Jefferson Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:30 p.m. prior to the service.
