He is survived by his soul mate, Ruby Owens; daughters, Cheryl Archer and John of Bowling Green, Ohio, Julie Cowger and Greg of Waynesville, Ohio, Pam Burnfield and Dan of Wapakoneta, Ohio; sister, Marlene Haman and Roger of Venice, Florida; brother, Thomas Shaw and Patricia of Wapakoneta, Ohio; 6 grandsons and 2 granddaughters; Ruby?s children; daughter, Linda St. Clair and Mike of Jenrette, LA; sons, Bobby Owens and Elaine of Rutledge, Jackie Owens and Linda of Morristown, Charlie Owens and Norma of Rutledge, Jimmy Owens and Monica of Rutledge, Don Owens and Angel of Rutledge; 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren, special friend, Clark Patterson. Memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, November 20, 2004 at the Farrar Jefferson City Chapel with Reverend Ed Lemmond officiating.
