FREDDIE HOPKINS, age 53, of Talbott, TN passed away Thursday, June 11, 2020 at Ft. Sanders Regional Medical Center. Preceded in death by grandson, Izaaylan Hopkins; aunts and uncles, Jinny, Bernard, Bobbie, “Doc”, Polly, Floyd, Mack, George Jr., Frank, Brice, Elsie, Lucille; grandparents, Bill and Pearl Hopkins, George and Sylvia Seals; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Tommy and Bonnie Henson. He is survived by his wife, Melissa Hopkins; son, Scott Hopkins (Casey); five step-children; several step-grandchildren; grandchildren, Kailey, Natalie, Marika, Travis, Jazzy, Talaylee, Leah and Carlos; parents, Fred and Margaret Hopkins; sister, Christie Hensley (David); brother, Tim Hopkins; lifelong friends, Tracy Cosper and Amy Davis; Kristie and Trevor; several nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends. Graveside service will be held at 12:00 noon Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at Sartain Springs Church cemetery with Rev. Mike Elkins and Rev. Roger Porter officiating. Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon at Sartain Springs Church prior to the graveside service. After the service, family will gather at the home of Fred and Margaret Hopkins.
