Fred Wayne Kelley

FRED WAYNE KELLEY, age 62, of Louisville, KY, and formerly of Jefferson City, Tn passed away at 5:11 p.m. Thursday, April 27, 2006 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY following an extended illness. He was of the Baptist faith. He was a faithful employee of J. B. Hunt with over 20 years of service, and was a veteran of the United States Military, having served in the United States Army. He is preceded in death by parents, Fred and Helen Kelley and sister, Billie Jean Layman. Survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Laura and David Mays of Texas and Melissa and Oz Coleman of Texas; sons and daughters-in-law, Phillip and Renae Kelley of Kentucky, Shawn and Natalie Kelley of Mississippi; son, Chris Kelley of Mississippi; four grandchildren; sister, Denise Dockins of West Virginia; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, May 1, 2006 at Roseberry Cemetery in Mascot, TN with Eddie Roberts officiating.
